His pre “5peat” projects are underrated. He came up with that style with no real precedent other than Wayne/T-Pain/Futuristic Atl and it took over the entire game to this day lol

The science behind that is fascinating to me compared to now where it seems like no one can do anything new

We used to play this album on the speaker in weight lifting class back in HS. I remember one day You Deserve It was playing and the coach shut it off and went “this is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard”
