He can definitely keep the tradition started with the 10th anniv HOB, then he can simply make a tweet with a link for "The Birds (interlude)" he can release it like he did with "Enemy", like he did in 2012:

just write a simple "and this is for my day ones, happy thursday xo"

or "I eat ass, xo" / "peanut butter on my balls let caesar and Wendy Goldstein* lick it (no fighting, and no biting)" as long as it has the link where to get the song it doesn't matter what he writes
