Outkast had a amazing 5 album run but they are a duo and their music is not so diverse and impactful as Kanyes is, I would not say they have for sure the best disco tho, It is debatable and I personaly think either Kanye or Outkast have the most classic in the game rn
Jay has alot of albums but alot of them are realistically mid and I don't think he is in the current landscape of hip-hop influential as Kanye. 3 classic RD, Blueprint, black album, 444 is debatable I think it needs more time tho and maybe maybe vol2
Kanye has 4 undisputed classics (Dropout trilogy and MBDTF) and 2 debatable (808s and Yeezus)
but then again you listed Wayne and Thug while people like Kendrick Lamar exist
