Yes a racist because he believes in the idea of the same white supremacy in the early days with only white men in power, but TI believes it should only be black people in control of US and no control for white people. It’s like the black supremacy, but no one really cares about it because people believe only white people can be racists and have the idea of a supremacy and power with races. If Brad Pitt said he believes white people should have more control and he will only vote for white people to be president, that would be considered racist way of thinking.
