She was spitting on this hoe, but idk, not a crazy fan compared to her other two works, and I love both her and conductor.
Tierra will forever be a theoretical artist it seems. Someone bubbling with talent, but that never truly seems to capitalize on it.
Whack World, to me, is still a huge miss. It's incredible, but every song being 1 minute is so gimmicky and just leaves you feeling unsatisfied and wanting more, and since none of her follow ups have come close it just has a weird feeling of missed potential.

I feel like this too, I'm still a fan but it just feels like she's not living up to her full potential. She had me most during that era where she was dropping random singles post Whack World. Songs like Wasteland, Only Child and Peppers and Onions are some of my favorite songs by her.
this project to me is pretty boring. the production is uninteresting and the rapping/lyricism isn't really much to write home about. A central theme of this project seems to be that she feels she isn't really respected in the hip hop space and she isn't getting the flowers she feels she deserves but if I'm being honest, this project doesn't really stand out as something truly worthy of putting her on this pedestal. it's just okay. and coming from someone who has been very creative and inventive whether it's with her production, her lyricism, or her visuals, this just feels... dull.
that's just me.
