  • Plenty of great titles announced. Some of the ones that I'm interested in seeing is Anora, All We Imagine As Light, Caught By the Tides, Hard Truths, Harbin, I, The Executioner, and Misericordia.

Anyone else going to the festival this year?

Platform titles will be announced tomorrow, while the films in Discovery are announced Wednesday, and Midnight Madness will be announced on Thursday. Wavelengths will probably be announced later in August.

There may be a Midnight Madness title already leaked as there is a phantom page for The Substance. Another film with a phantom page that wasn't announced is Megalopolis

i decided not to go to this year's festival

i decided not to go since I realized that everything I wanted to see was going to be in theaters or streaming services by the end of the year, so it made more sense to save money

it looks like it was a pretty good festival with very few duds outside of the latest Angelina Jolie flop

how easy it is to do tiff (getting tickets and just generally seeing as much as you can)

potentially planning on coming from the UK to do it next year

i went for three days this year, 2 tickets I was able to get at sale price, 2 tickets I bought overpriced resale and 2 movies I rushed (stood in line for like 3 hours to get leftover tickets). Honestly way easier to get tickets for a festival like NYFF if you buy a ticket pass, New York is a more expensive city though
