Anas ibn Malik reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The Hour will not be established until time passes rapidly, such that a year is like a month, a month is like a week, a week is like a day, a day is like an hour, and an hour is like the flicker of a flame.”

    wat does this mean?

This is from the islamic tradition.
Our prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him) stated this to his companions over 1400 years ago that one of the minor signs of the day of judgement would be time passing quickly.
Anas Ibn Malik was a companion of the prophet (pbuh) there is a chain of narrations going back to him to verify that he really said this statement which is why it is graded authentic as some are graded 'fair' meaning one of the links in the chain is slightly weak but still reliable and then there is also completely fabricated meaning atleast one of the people in the chain of narrators was of unclear character and moral uprightness so cannot be trusted in his information.

This is one of the many signs he prophesisted.

Here is a video on more of the signs he mentioned and you can research it some more by looking into hadith's which are sayings and actions of the prophet (pbuh) that were recorded and passed on.
