25 years old and can now noticeably hear a ringing sound when its quiet

i wish i took more care of my ears. i was playing drums and going to festivals with no ear protection. so dumb and avoidable.

to anyone young reading this; protect your ears. yeah wearing ear plugs to a gig is lame but its worth it.

Have had it for a couple years now pretty bad in my left ear from chemotherapy.
Really brutal at times.

Noticed it in my left ear in the last month so f***ing annoying

had it since high school, it acts up sometimes but since I started to listening to stuff at a lower volume its barely noticeable most of the time

Earwax can sometimes cause it too so try using olive ear drops 2 times a day for a few weeks and see if it makes a difference gunna try this

Also some guy said he ate 7 bananas a day and it went away

I've had it for years and thought it was from earwax blockage, but then I got the earwax removed and there's still ringing in my right ear

I've had it for years in my right ear, so nights it bothers me but mostly idc

Stress can cause it too

I’ve always felt like it’s developing in me cause I get a weird ringing noise in both my ears and everything else just kind of deafens, but it only lasts a few secs and happens every other month

had my ears microsuctioned last month was so goat
