We all know CD, LR, MBDTF, Grad, 808s and Yeezus way too good to be compared to these 2 albums. ye and JIK are not good enough to be compared to them tho. So which one of these 2 is better?

10 wins for TLOP vs 8 wins for Donda (11 wins if the last 3 tracks without an opponent count too). And they honestly count cause they are the 3 strongest tracks on Donda, so Donda wins but it's close
NMPILA >>>>> KMSA
TLOP > Donda.
NMPILA >>>>> KMSA
TLOP > Donda.
Was thinking that too but NMPILA has 0 replay value for me

Probably my most played song off TLOP, great verses from 2 of the goats, prod by one of the greatest producers. Has endless replay value for me.

Yeah it's one of my most played from the album as well. Why wouldn't it have replay value?

Never seen anyone say that song lacks replay value lol.

Maybe it's just me liking more melodic songs over hard rap
The highs on DONDA are def elite but TLOP a better album overall imo
Better production and I enjoy the songwriting on Ye verses more
Less of a task to play the whole thing too, a fun album to listen to fr
Fade is not better than new again.
New Again couldve been better but it sounds kinda unfinished
Right now I'll say Donda
But I know a few months down the line I'll probably say TLOP
DONDA wins in every category
DONDA better than TLOP in every way
Literally leagues ahead of it

Could judge it best after the tour starts i guess. I didnt like TLOP at first, coming off MBDTF, WTT and YEEZUS but after the tour i got way more appreciation for it
Donda i like from the beginning but maybe also since we just had ye and JIK and its amazing compared to that. Feel it will be even better w a tour/visual experience tho
Can’t believe ppl see Saint Pablo as anything outside of a bonus track, don’t even consider it a part of TLOP cause it got added 6 weeks later

Fun thread. I get why you're having to split tracks (that are already split on the tracklist, lol) since Donda has a few more real songs than TLOP, but I think it skewers things a bit. FSMH 1 and 2 should go up against God Breathed, leaving Famous to face off against Off the Grid, Feedback against Hurricane, etc. Low Lights should pretty much just go up against Donda, Wolves and Frank's track should be combined. But then you'd run out of tracks for TLOP. So I get it.
I'd like to see how the best vs. the best of each album and the worst of the worst of each album rank in a head-to-head, too, rather than just going down the tracklist this way. Compare openers and closers, too, or similarly purposed tracks together (Saint Pablo vs Come to Life?). Donda is just devised as a different type of album, which makes trackbytrack comparisons difficult.
