JT is Electricyou dont think Kanye can play instruments or even has the ability? I swear he was like a gifted child who played piano . Also, he literally plays the MPC and has a bunch of beats without samples. I would consider the programs that he uses to make music, instruments as well.
Kanye probably can make a beat without samples and I probably bet that just because of his experience and ear he can come up with something hotter then 90% of producers who as well doesn't know music theory. But the main reason why he won't is because he has people to whom he can hum for 1 minute and they will build a song out of it.
And he won't do anything anyway because for him it's more important to play the victim of the industry and scrap the album instead of saying - Guys, I f***ed up, we are currently reworking the beats, so we can release them without those samples.
