Do you guys know what kind of keyboard or organ is being used in songs like these two?

And what effects are being put on the keys, if any?

For Solo, you can produce the same effect with detuned sine wave, add chorus automate the fine tune and take out a little bit of the highs with a lowpass filter. You can do this in Serum. Im not sure about the pedal noise though.

Well the sound in " Only One" is definitely just rhodes keys with some saturation/distortion added on top.

You can reproduce that effect also with detuned sine waves,saturation/distortion with lowpass filter.
