I don't like the Grammys race issues, but yall complaining is our fault

We go around saying "it's just the BET awards, not like it's the Grammys or Billboard or anything"

Then we wanna complain about black artists' unfair nominations and losses at the Grammys it's "that's why I don't like the Grammys #scammys boycott the show, only support Soul Train Awards and BET awards..."

we need to
1) be consistent
2) care enough ourselves to do something about it

I honestly don't care about everyone mad about them cuz it's our people who lift it up as more important than our own events and our artists who continue to show up. Not saying it's an issue to win a Grammy or not win a Grammy, but we as a people need to be consistent in what it is we actually want.

I'd actually love for the Grammys to award our artists the nominations and wins they deserve. But that's just not the world we live in. I'm gonna keep hope alive but this bickering and confusion about it isn't working.
