Not related to Tulsa specifically as situations of wealthy black communities being driven out by white supremacists have happened all over the US, but terrorists like Walter L. Parsley who burnt down black businesses and incited a milita to kill black people in Wilmington have their name remembered through public places - with Walter specifically having a school named after him.
