Mothefuckers always trying these different diets instead of just learning how to eat moderate/proportional to how much physical activity they perform in a day

I think “no fat zones” is as good as a solution as we’re going to get on ktt2
I wasn’t referring to you. But that’s the wave these days. Just look at social media.
Majority are not saying obesity is beautiful.
Telling someone to love themselves is not the same thing as praising a medical condition
Ultra processed food like McDonald's is scientifically engineered to be hyper palatable and addictive. It's literally a d***
how is that relevant?
I believe the question was "is it okay to eat mcdonald's in moderation"
clearly implying a lack of addiction. the question is asking "is McDonalds bad for me if I'm not addicted to it" and you respond by saying "you will be addicted to it"
which like, no. McDs is not healthy, I'm with u there, but s*** isn't crack rock, aight? like u can definitely eat at Mcdonald's every once in a blue moon and be totally fine, and u probably won't develop an addiction either
guy talking about selling s***is ungodly when he be rapping about f***en on numerous songs
This thread is hostile for no reason
This topic actually gets me a bit heated because literally every institution in America is set up to make you as unhealthy as possible and to kill you and then our worries get sold back to us on an individual shame basis while the powers that be literally poison us
@sentient_sherm_bag
Idk thought you’d like this tho
And I do
in fact I'm lovin it
“Plant based” is just another grifted on slang term to get people to buy even more garbage under the guise of health. Just go look at some of the “plant-based” s*** in the store and then read the label.
You cant afford either you fat f***
I’ll come over to your house and buy you a new half brother from your mother, jabroni.
I used to be skinny before pandemic made me put the weight back on, and in my experience, it doesn’t matter what you eat; if all you care about is losing weight, then a calorie deficit is all you need.
If you eat less calories than you use, you lose weight, if you eat more, you gain.
You can eat 1700 calories worth of pure sugar every day if you want, if you burn 2000 calories each day, you’ll lose weight.
I wouldn’t eat that much sugar for other reasons though.
Also food habits are hard for people to kick and ik people don’t understand that but like
You don’t need liquor to live, you need need cigarettes to live etc but u do need food so it’s not like something u can just cut out

America really has food deserts that s*** is insane. Even in impoverished countries they got produce on the table.
