"Too Old To Die Young" follows a grieving police officer who, along with the man who shot his partner, finds himself in an underworld filled with working-class hit men, Yakuza soldiers, cartel assassins sent from Mexico, Russian mafia captains and gangs of teen killers.
Available on Amazon Prime.
Anyone else think about this project from time to time? It's one of the most different drama shows I've ever seen from the pace, characters, delivery and directing.
I catch myself thinking about what happened to the characters in this show at random points in time.

Pretty often man. It was heavy, heavy watch that I’m thinking about redoing at some point. I loved it. It was Refn in full Refn mode
ok maybe this thread will help me finish this show

What episode are you in?
Is it better than his last movie?
Imo, overall yes, but both have weak endings

Ugh
Yeah Neon ending was way over the top arthouse just for the sake of it, threw me off Refn hard ngl
Was just thinking about it a couple days ago actually.
I find the way those gold chains contrasted on Augusto Aguilera's skin to be f***ing mesmerizing.

Agree, it felt very out of place and unnecessary
I do strongly recomend this show tho, especially episodes 1-8 ( with ep 5 being the best thing refn made since Drive)

Dope, I did really liked OGF at the top of my head
I really liked it
it's not something I would ever watch again, the slow pacing kills the replay value for me, but was still dope nonetheless
@SegaDreamFlash @PrinceSzn does s*** get better or have I seen the best of the series already? I'm at ep 6 now, tryna continue watching tonight.
