I don't think that was the only reason. Songs have been losing streams like this on Spotify for weeks now.

Most people are probably feeling the burden of being out of work and stuck in the house. They are probably spending more time streaming on Netflix than listening to new music releases. I think for someone as commercially conscious as Drake dropping and album during the global quarantine would be crazy.

Out of quarantine this song would probably be doing 2.2 to 2.3 daily . As of today we're looking at roughly a 30% decrease in activity. It'll probably only get worse from here.
