Third party studios peaked during the seventh generation. Personally I played my PS3 more than my 360 cause I preferred the controller, system interface, free online multiplayer etc. despite a lot of third party games on the system being the inferior port (besides Rockstar games). Also the system really found its footing towards the end of the generation; GTA V, The Last of Us, BioShock Infinite etc.

Good list. Though, PS3 had better exclusives and was the last Sony console to feel “magical” but I’m willing to admit that it may be nostalgia on my part
