All yall talkin bout best of the decade, how bout this year?

I still gotta play Fallen Order and the second half of The Outer Worlds so mine is subject to change but otherwise this is pretty concrete. Number one is admittedly biased cause I’m a straight stan but no other game moved me like that this past year so I have to give it the top spot by default.

this year was crazy and most of the classics came out sep-nov, so they’re all still on my mind tbh it’s like the first half of 2019 didn’t happen

links awakening is a 10/10 but because it was a remake I didn’t rate it as high as it could be on this list

Man I really liked Link’s Awakening, and mind you I didn’t play the original (I was born in 95 so that s*** was already 2 years old lmao.) but overall it felt like exactly what it is, a game from 93 that was technologically limited by it’s time. So it was a cool experience and the art style was absolutely top notch, but nothing that blew me away.

It would still prolly land at like #10 at the very least if I made a top 10 tho. Still a great and unique experience.
