damn thats how I been feeling about his last couple projects. I havent listened to this yet but I've seen this sentiment a lot itt. Ima all for artist exprimenting but I would like it if he went back to what he does best.

My best friend and I had this convo many times before and she feels the same. We still listen to Anything In Return to this day. She stopped checking for his music but I still give his albums a chance. I did enjoy some songs from Mahal though.

Soul trash 1 track version was the last thing that I really loved. Anything in return was his last album I loved. There’s songs here and there I like but his projects as a whole tend to fall flat for me
