as far as im aware, the housing market here isn't the best. alot of whatever homes are worth millions. however, if u were rich, i'd say to go ahead. the city is wonderful

A recent study showed that Toronto ranks 5th in most expensive housing market when looked at “house price to income ratio”.

The market is embarrassing. It’s above Los Angeles & Melbourne. If you love the city and see yourself living here for the rest of your life then I’d say it may pay off to flip the place one day. Toronto is only getting bigger.
