It's really starting to look that way. Even when you attempt to look at it from his perspective...okay let's say it was Meg's friend Kelsey who actually shot Meg.

1. Why would Tory not just say that off rip and this whole entire thing would've been over with right then and there?
2. How did she get Tory's gun?
3. Tory himself alludes to Meg getting shot on his album, and even acknowledges that she was not facing the shooter so she doesn't know who shot her...but Tory does and refuses to say who, but says it's not him, and swears by his innocence in the entire event. If that is the case, what does he gain by defending a groupie instead of his own career?
4. Kelsey herself said in her diss track to Meg that she didn't shoot her and is pretty much pointing the blame at Tory. But Meg too scared to just say it.
