EMYI mostly just think he’s “innocent” because her story makes absolutely no sense. Apparently when they got pulled over they were all in the car, why would she get in a car with someone who just shot her?

My view of "innocent" in this situation would be that Tory didn't specifically aim to harm if he was the one who fired the gun. If he was the shooter, he probably shot at the ground and like an inexperienced dumbass, the bullet struck her.
Things are weirder than ever after this live though, because I think he's either maintaining his stance on not being the shooter or alluding to nobody being struck at all (claiming she only received some glass injuries).
Which is still odd because someone has to have been shot if the hospital allegedly confirmed they treated a gunshot wound for Meg.
Just have to wait for court for everything to 100% come out. He's obviously reserving information for that date, as is Meg.
