I think it’s crazy how this is the narrative but if you follow the charges he got convicted for shooting in the same vicinity as her pretty much and being a foreigner with a weapon. Which is still wild and he needs to explain what happened but it’s a variety of scenarios that could have happened once emotion is taken away from it and we take into account Kelsey being around.
