What evidence and why isn't Meg and her prosecutors using it? You keep repeating the circumstances that we already know and inferring that just because it happened Tory looks guilty. Him just being there when it happened means nothing on it's own. Again what evidence could even hint that Tory is guilty because none has been presented.
And you said you don't believe Tory is guilty but you believe Meg. She is literally said he shot her. You can't believe her and give Tory a fair chance they contradict each other . If you want to fence sit it would be best to just wait instead of jumping in favor of either side. I only believe Tory because it's innocent until proven guilty and if he is found guilty I would love to see him in prison but I'm not praying it happens before I know.

Dec 19, 2021Based on the things coming out in prelims, I think thereās enough reasonable doubt to be found not guilty.
People think the defense has to prove who did it or prove innocence. They actually donāt. All they have to do is introduce enough reasonable doubt that the jury in good conscience canāt convict. The DA has to prove iron clad guilt. So essentially, unless thereās a smoking gun we donāt know about, itās going to be really hard for the prosecution based on whatās trickled out. A āhe said she saidā wonāt be enough for conviction unless something abnormal about Toryās demeanor in court rubs the jury against him.
