I just feel like if someone accused me of shooting a woman I'd probably state it very clearly that I didn't. Reading about these lyrics it just seems like he's trying to think of an excuse or something.

pneuI got to track 3 then turned it off, only just heard the rest today.
Few good songs, actually didn’t know much about this outside of the pics of Megs foot. Also only found out her and the friend that was in the car aren’t talking anymore. A lot of s*** isn’t adding up atm.
First few songs I wasn't really impressed with bc he was singing too much but after that there are some songs where he's spittin. The content still feels weird to me but maybe if he's proven innocent I'll go back to this album and perceive it differently.

Isn't it the accusers job to prove that someone is guilty tho? Doesn't make sense to say "why doesn't he just do x instead of doing y" when Meg could have literally have him convicted if if she wanted to but instead they're just putting out vague statements to the media that nobody can actually prove.

Idk. When it came to my case I was innocent, but I just never talked about it period. That's what my lawyer said to do and I stood by that until the day he said they were no longer looking for a prosecution. I don't know what his lawyer has recommended, but a lot of what he saying seems to say that he's innocent and isn't saying more because the case is ongoing. Which is what you're supposed to do so hard for me to judge as someone that's been through it.

Well if you get black out drunk your brain isn't even taking down what's happening for you to remember in the first place. Damn near had a threesome with my b**** that she initiated with her friend, but she was black out drunk so the next morning she looked at me like I was f***ing crazy when I mentioned it.

He wasn't arrested because meg didn't report to the cops and 'spared' him, and was scared to tell the police that someone had a gun after recent events. Either way there are definitely holes and we really don't know the full story.
I'm inclined to believe tory did shoot, but it wasn't intentionally at her. Regardless anyone could be way off with how cloudy this is lol
