I said in the other thread how it makes no sense that she was able to talk and post as much as she was if she had a lawyer. Most lawyers would tell their clients to shut the f*** up and let them take care of it. If you caught with a case but you know you're innocent, it'd be in your best interest to shut the f*** up and let your lawyer do what you hired them to do.

On top of that, if Tory is innocent in all this, him being quiet until it is officially proven would only benefit him in the end. Instead he makes an album where he's going at anybody/everybody. Which just makes him look like he's wylin out. Most artists are going to distance themselves from that.

What was the end goal with that? He had no problem staying quiet for a month or two after Meg was talking about the situation and saying he shot her. If he was confident in his innocence why not just stay quiet a bit longer and get that s*** thoroughly and legally handled?

Releasing an album is better then making a direct statement but I wouldn't have done either personally.

Unless I'm getting advice from counsel that no criminal charges are coming and figure I can tell my story and sell a bunch of records at the same time.
