What r u doing about it? Didnt they say one month max? Its been way over a month

I emailed them and they gave me a bullshit reply saying they can’t give an estimate on it. My friend also called his bank to see if they can dispute the transaction but they said there’s nothing they can do and we should jus wait. We really don’t know what to do at this point lol
