People were saying the author SIU had a blogpost explaining more details about characters in the story. I guess that’s where they got it from

that explains how people know so much about Enryu and Phantanium even though they are hardly in the story. I dont think Phantanium has been mentioned at all

Phantanium was mentioned really early in the story I think it was still during the test floor iirc. It should happen in the anime this season.
Enryu has a lot mentioned about him (compared to other powerful figures), the floor of death is like it is because of him.
