On page 14 and biggest change so far is Woody arm doesn’t break just a rip in his pants causing fluff to come out
There’s a few little changes like how Woody ends up at the garage sale, how the other toys find out about Al’s toy barn

Jesse was originally a cactus
Al enters, places three toys from the box—a HORSE, and old PROSPECTOR DOLL, and a CACTUS—along with Woody, on cushy display pillows.

I actually read the whole thing lol
What we got was better, Woody is a prick in this version.
No Jessie, no Barbie. Instead there was a Seniorita Cactus that was part of Woody round up. Her and Prospector basically same character
had classism message but done in a basic way with the toys obsessing about their looks to raise their value
Bullseye who talks gets Jessie’s redemption arc story but no flashback scene
No airport scene
Buzz meets newer Buzz but they don’t switch spots
Zurg defeated by getting his batteries pulled out hes only in 1 scene
Rex saves Buzz from highway scene, they don’t use cones
