the way I think about it with these youtubers like vlad and TLR, etc. is that the things they report on such as gang affiliations, street beefs, etc. are public knowledge and isn’t hard to put together if you know some OSINT techniques which any good journalist should be able to utilize in their work

there’s no other way to slice it, they aren’t snitches at all, they’re just reporting on what’s out there publicly and what should be generally verifiable and they aren’t obligated to just report on positive things

with the recent Big U indictment as well as the attempted Young Thug RICO as well as the indictment of Lil Durk, rappers should be much smarter on what they say and do in public when dealing with things that can be used against them in a court of law as well as being much smarter and discreet when doing dirt as such a high-profile person
