People say AstroFest tragedy caused the huge delay in his output, but let's be real here, this guy was already three years in without dropping an album by the time the tragedy happened. Astroworld was cool but it wasn't "Blonde" or even "DAMN". It really hasn't aged well and is crammed with filler. One of the worst engineered mainstream albums ever made to boot. At this point, the buzz from Astroworld is gone, the few loosies he put out afterwards all sucked, his features blow, he doesn't even co-produce anymore, and he is consistently the weakest part of anything he is involved with. This literally happened after two years lol. Absolutely baffling how far and fast this guy fell. 2018-2019 he had it on lock and then by 2021 he basically lost it all.

Utopia is definitely going to be ass too and will underperform commercially.
