TrussMePersonally I wouldn't have done it. Either way his name and his LLC are attached to the concert, he's going to have to pay in some way, the court will decide how much and how liable I guess.
Yeah, that’s the big question. How liable is the artist vs. The massive cooperation (livenation).
IMO he’s only getting the blame because he’s audience facing while livenation is behind the scenes.
The injured and families of the dead are the only people who have claims here. If I was at the back of concert nowhere near the action I should not be able to sue. Also if I broke into the concert and could not prove that I have a ticket I should not be able to sue.
