doing bigger numbers with a rap diss track than the comeback single ft. weekend and bad bunny that came with a video
crazy
might go no1 fr
Travis really not gonna credit Drake again. I'll be upset if Drake misses out on TWO #1 hits because of Travis.
Gonna have to see if number hold but I think Travis doing at least 500k+ probably more with his bundles
I don’t like doubting Drake but idk if FATD tops that without bundles… The game not fair

He'd be tied with MJ and one away from Rihanna if he had another two #1s
Plus all the #2s that should've been #1s

I said this yesterday but it’s pretty much Drake fault now because he know how Travis rocks when it comes to feature credits
I just don’t think Drake cares that much about it
Also he got a ton out of this feature regarding hype for FATD

I wonder how this works for MELTDOWN... Usually every album sale = 1 sale for each of the songs on it, right? But as I understand the vinyl physicals don't have MELTDOWN on them, since it was turned in too late. Presumably those sales won't do anything for this track
Also more on the topic of your post, Drake really should just drop some NOCTA box sets with the next album. Just once to show what it really is. He could move millions

He better not put Travis anywhere on his own album. Travis is a weirdo for not crediting people. There's nothing cool about it.
Who cares?
We were just talking about how we care that Drake gets screwed out of #1s, why wouldn't we care that he (effectively) would get screwed out of having the year's highest-selling rap record, too?

I don't see MELTDOWN being as big as Sicko Mode.
Who cares?
True. Just gotta tune out the narratives that people are gonna build
People Still bring up the fact DAMN outsold More Life first week without any context like More Life dropped on a Sunday lol

Did 400K with a collab album. I see him doing 600K with a solo album

Yup, exactly. People forget all the caveats and context with time... Just gonna look in hindsight like Travis was bigger than Drake in 2023, which obviously isn't true

I could see 600k… The hype also feels way stronger right now than when Her Loss dropped
He gonna basically be promoting FATD for 2 months when it drops while Her Loss only had a week

AND he’s on tour which will help significantly.
So realistically somewhere between 450k-600k. Nice

I’m happy for Trav and I’m glad he’s back to making music after what happened. Some artists would’ve called it a career after that.
