I think festival goers are scared to attend now especially at $500 minimum a ticket, which doesn't include the hell of getting to and from the festival. I was just at lovers and friends in vegas and the shooting scare there (which was entirely a scare and nothing more) had a large portion of the crowd stampeding to escape. The general tension between events like astroworld as well as shootings has really made festivals take a hit
