    Extremely disappointed I can’t lie

How is Travis’s first single back, much less a collab with Abel and Benito, this f***ing boring

Him and Abel did their thing as usual , Travis just doesn’t fit on this

You need to be smooth on a beat like this, his voice just too rough for this type of s***

It’s definitely not trash, but it feels like such a missed opportunity

It doesn’t work as a pop song, there’s not a single catchy part (maybe the K-Pop part of The Weeknd’s verse at best?)

It doesn’t work as a rap song obviously, and it clearly wasn’t intended to be, but Travis barely adjusted his flow except for that bridge halfway through.

It does work as a dance song, but it doesn’t have the kind of momentum it needs to shine in a club setting. The production is choppy and inconsistent (that f***ing reverb at the beginning and it might just be me but it feels like they forgot to bypass an eq or something on the drums for the second half - the mix just feels harsh) and unless there’s a TikTok dance that somehow pops off, I can’t imagine DJs keeping this in their rotation more than just the first week.

Idk - I loved the snippet and was excited for this to drop, but it really feels flat to me. Maybe it’ll grow on me who the f*** am I to judge, but that’s my day 1 impression.

I agree, for a song that you can tell is meant to be a hit there’s no part that sticks with you. Song is kind of a mess, I like all 3 parts but as a whole it doesn’t leave a big impression

Yeah man, I wanted to love it. It should have been great on paper just a massive letdown, I keep trying to listen again and see if it grows on me but no dice

We're gonna start with a little 40 second smathering of Trav nothingness

Into a Spanish pop verse (this is the only time the song sounds organic)

    Into a nothing chorus

Into a dead bridge with some Cudi mumbles

then Weeknd is gonna sing us home-

Nope, right back into the nothing chorus.

Nonsensical as a lead single. Sounds like it was made over email and written by an SEO algorithm.

bruh the non-hook and the bridge before weeknd's verse is what gets me the most. WHERE IS STARRAH WHEN WE NEED HER.

The bouncy trap song sees an expected addition of pop alongside Brazillian funk to provide an exhilarating feeling besides the warm beat, allowing the artists to smoothly flow on the beat.

    man genius has to stop

I didn’t care to summarize why I don’t rock with it that much but you did, but I also don’t see how this fits into the dystopia/utopia theme but can’t judge it too much
