Regardless of whatever crimes Trey committed or the severity of it, it wouldn’t be bigger then the R. Kelly doc. R. Kelly was/is one of the biggest R&B artists ever. Trey Songz…not so much. That’s not to excuse him being scum of the earth, I just don’t think it’d have the same impact because Trey himself never reached R. Kelly levels of greatness.

I used to work in marketing on the west coast, and often time my work involved celebrity endorsements, usually musical entertainers or athletes, and as a consequence of that I was invited to many parties with characters at the level of trey songs fame in attendance. Never seen dudes get p**** so easy, there was always a plethora of options for these guys (to put it likely). That’s not to say dudes with less options have some kind of better case for raping or something silly like that, but after seeing how much consensual s***these dudes are offered it blows my mind that any of them would resort to rape unless they just enjoyed watching the suffering of another person.
