If you actually pay attention to that line, you'll hear it. It's not "Ye" or "You," it's "They."

Drake never mentions people by name when taking shots at them and it's what makes sense within the context of that bar. It's also literally what was said.

It's literally "they." He's sending shots at Kanye clearly but he didn't say his name. When has Drake ever said someone's name in a diss or sub? I really think some of you are deaf or something. It's so clearly "they" he says, I'm amazed I have to state it this many times.
