My biggest gripe with guys who daily trucks is that it's incredibly wasteful.

And Mfkers who daily a lifted v8 or diesel with 5l +, with 35in plus tires for no utilitarian reason bother me.

Sure have the truck. But don't drive it as a commute vehicle.

For me personally I would like to eventually get an old ranger as a second vehicle for utility. Small footprint and engine but still gets the job done I would need.

Also when driving a tuck some guys have a perspective that because they are in a truck they can drive carelessly bc they won't get hurt. But the opposite is true, when driving a truck you should be more careful because you hold the propensity to do a lot of damage.

Truck is interchangeable, and more times people use the word pick-up truck to specify they mean it specifically. That's why op changed the title from "truck" to pick-up truck. But hey, give yourself a pat on the back.
