Carti been hot since self titled. His unique and raw approach to music keeps people listening. Only thing that sucks is that he doesn’t seem that smart for how strong his artistic ability is. He unfortunately came up in a place very similar to me where being dumb as hell is celebrated versus being intelligent. Smart kids were made fun of in inner city schools while the dumb kids were celebrated cause they knew how to make being dumb laughable.

I genuinely wish he could shed that dumb mentality he grew up around and just lean into being a smart person. If he combined some intelligence with his talent then he could literally go down as one of the greats. Only thing holding him back is his lack of intelligence.
