I doubt any President could circumvent the system. You’d need to go around the legal parameters to actually change the US in a significant way. So this doesn’t surprise me.
He's a neoliberal, look up that word. It's a key thing for political corruption nowadays. Basically just pro corporation figures on BOTH sides that have no principals that are paid by these massive conglomerates to propose ideas and s***.

it increased over 200% during obamas tenure
it hasnt even gone up 50% in trumps tenure
