high chance he gets out of this unscathed since every single charge is just falsifying business records
there's a reason the prior DA didn't want to carry out the charges. not impossible for him to be convicted but this is a lot weaker than you'd expect quite frankly

Yeah honestly if anything could cause real problems for him, it’d be something he does in response to the indictment I.e. positing the judge’s kids on social media

Even that, though, highly doubt it

  • All this cause he decided to f*** shorty in 06’

Next court date is December 4th

This s*** is so slow, Trump might wither away and die before the trial is over

Bro is going to be elected president again before this is finalized at this point

  • Apr 4, 2023

I think he's gonna get indicted in GA soon, as well as his other state/fed cases tbh, that's why his fans are going so hard about this is because it does set a precedent for his other cases

I think the charges stick. My question is sentencing a president with SS protection

They would only wolf out after a conviction IMO if not that, the Sentencing

There's also a lot less of them than it appears. Most normal people (even if they would vote for Trump) are not outside rallying about this s***.

    no conspiracy in here?

To my understanding from what I’ve read and heard from Bragg recently, election interference crime and conspiracy is how it got bumped up to a felony but they didn’t charge those crimes because it is a broader case for federal law.
