    government assistance has directly correlated with black unemployment & single black mothers. liberal policies are why there are more substance abuse clinics in harlem then everywhere in the city combine

    the people claiming its "overburdened" are the same people that just moved into these neighborhoods, there are people still struggling to revocer from the crack epidemic
    but the opiod epidemic has way more sympathy from the average person. why? because the media paints it in a different light

    bruv. people from every single borough are coming to harlem to post up by the clinics. this s*** is a disaster. 125th and lenox used to be a beautiful block, even in the height of the crack era. s*** is a warzone now
