F*** DOnAld TRUMP AND EVERyTHING HE STANDS FOR

    Didn’t watch I guess...

It's a bit rough around the edges, but Tucker makes a good point.

Tucker is all over the place on this one

The false equivalence between CNN cable news anchors being full of s*** and the president being full of s*** is hilariously bad

CNN anchors don't have the same level of authority and responsibility as the president of the United States

I think his point wasn’t making an equivalence at all.

He was saying whenever the president tells the truth or asks a reasonable question, CNN/MSNBC try anything to avoid the conversation.

I find it interesting you thought he was all over because I heard it as him making one single point and providing 3 examples backing up his thesis statement

it’s easier to say that than to improve your logic comprehension

The funniest is people who think they’re woke because they think “mainstream media” is fake news or “tHe OpiAte oF thE masSeS” ever since 2016 as if Fox News from 2008-2016 wasn’t the actual originator of fake news and the opiate of white middle America reporting that Obama wasn’t born in America and actually reporting a photoshopped image of Obama’s left hand on his chest during the national anthem or reporting that Obama’s tan suit wasn’t presidential lolol

    Cable news is inherently s***

This includes both fox and cnn

Reading news articles from multiple sources > pundits strawmanning

This sums up half of his takes. He’s doing the right wing anti war populist grift lately which means he’s accidentally one of the only people saying “real s***” on television for the wrong reasons.

Carlson is an interesting media figure in that he's right about a lot but comes at it from the angle of pointing out actual issues so others don't catch onto them but come to conclusions which disagree with his party/network's own interests. He's far more pragmatic than most right wing pundits, but behind the mask of things he's still a media pundit for the corporate media which is more telling than anything. However, I think his claims often tend to hold up more than say, a pundit like Shapiro or something.
