Tuna in water or tuna in olive oil?

Prefer water
Im a huge mustard fan, and man does Tuna hit on another level when sauces up with mustard. As an avid lifter, this combo not only allows me to fully enjoy the food, but get adequate amount of protein (Tuna I bought has about 43g of protein per can, beat that!).
Just wanted to share this, in case any of y’all are tired of eating bland ass tuna and want to give their meal life.
Here is my favorite recipe
tuna, capers, mustard and parsley
Low heat cook em to lock in the flavors
