seemed pretty pointless to me tbh
she was the only threat in Twin Peaks to Ben Horne
dude was about to take total control of the town, he p much owned everything besides the Mill. Josie the only one challenging the would-be monopoly on the town's economy

Ok so after watching S1/S2, watched FWWM was and that was pretty dark. I think what made Laura Palmer such a mystique and enigmatic aura was that you got to see the Twin Peaks characters discover her personality and secrets one episode at a time. You learned through them. Not sure that I needed to see it from her POV but nonetheless itās quite a powerful take on things. What FWWM does do well is give some more background on Leland which was great. Its a film that provides extra context (whether you needed it or not). Also I have to say that switching up Donnaās character was very stupid, completely took me out it. I get if Lara didnāt wanna do it or was busy but it wouldāve been better to just cut the character out.
Just watched the first 2 episodes of The Return & bruh this is nothing like the original so far. Not going to judge as itās slowly getting underway and rebuilding the world but itās almost breathtaking yet sad/nostalgic seeing some of the original cast.
My girl Madchen :jordancry:
Excited to see where this goes & how many of the originals return in here. Have not looked at anything for this.
Fam I been stuck in the Twin Peaks world for the past 3 weeks itās gonna be mad weird to watch something else after this

yea FWWM is insanely dark but its a necessary watch
Season 3 never quite has that same feeling as the original but not in a bad way at all theres some absolutely stunning work in it
definitely update especially after ep 8
Still trying to piece together the first 3 episodes from The Return episodes but episode 4:
WHEN THEY PAN ACROSS THE HALLWAY TO BOBBY AND HE ENTERS THE ROOM, SEES LAURA AND BEGINS CRYING WITH THE THEME IN THE BACK
One of the most incredible TV/film experiences Iāve ever had. Itās insane seeing them so much older like I just saw them all young. From binging everything these past couple weeks, wondering what was going on to seeing that vintage scene and hearing that music for the first time, man that s*** sent me

not sure if you remember but could you clear up one thing on TR:
are there 3 versions of cooper 4 episodes in?, bad cooper, dougie jones and the real cooper? if so, how and what did the whole 2:53 thing mean
thank you, just curious how that occurred though? is there a scene i should watch from the first 4 to get a better grasp?
Ima say
S1>FWWM>The Return>S2
Haha was just the order he should watch it in, I personally think The Return is the best thing Davidās ever done though

Oh alright, I can definitely see that. I just love that Lynch's work ranks differently among his fans. Like personally I really enjoyed Fire Walk With Me as much as the best of Season 1 but I can absolutely see how someone can like the Return as much if not more than anything in the Twin Peaks universe
