They described Mr. C as feeling Old, with a captial O. A primal, prehuman (or even posthuman) energy. Which is interesting seeing as || BOB and Leland together have this lively exciting evil energy. Since BOB isn't technically with Coop, but his doppleganger, you could say that when these lodge entities "come together" they become something totally different. Much worse. It also makes you wonder and fear what would've happened if Mr. C achieved his goal and connected with Judy.

They also described the Judy card as emanating this same dead, dismal energy.

I personally feel the very same subconscious dread for the entirety of Part 18.
