Two recent ones I can think of are a body painter who got banned even though she had pasties on that covered everything and a German streamer who literally just mimicked sexual intercourse with his fingers lmfao
Also someone who got banned for getting trolled with a picture of a horse d*** that was on screen for like a second lol He got a 30 day ban for that lmfao s***'s ridiculous

There's a lot of large, controversial bans that were unfair you can search, like Dellor being indefinitely banned for smashing his keyboard in celebration, or YRG members/affiliates (YourRageGaming) being banned almost weekly at the expense of a faulty report system. There's also workout streamers that have been indefinitely banned for their workout clothing.
In comparison, you can look at MissBehavin who purposely showed her vagina on stream and only received a 3 day ban, then immediately regained her partnership and rights to stream after that short time.
Streamers point out the terrible and hypocritical enforcement of ToS on a daily basis, so to now see that Twitch is catering to a specific group of attention-seeking streamers is like a huge slap in the face because others have taken financial blows beyond repair for similar (if not much less) offenses.
