From what I've read, it seems that they believe most of the anti-China rhetoric, particularly re: Uyghurs, are CIA-prepared talking points.

Most of the explosive reporting about Xianjiang and the treatment of Uyghurs comes from Adrian Zenz/RFA, who have questionable integrity/accuracy.

I know little about it, but I've seen many people on Twitter suggest that China is taking on its "terrorism problem" through re-education camps, which Western media reports as mass internment camps, imprisonment, slavery, (etc).

One of the US third-party VP candidates brought up Uyghurs yesterday and was promptly attacked by many on the online left calling him a shill. You can see the replies if you want to get a better understanding of what they think:
