there already some internal ones like for a video game that does that for ai voices, so training off of voice actors - and they get residuals

Although i admit its probably partly due to the fact that voice actors n writers are one of the few in the art space that actually put in the exhausting work to legislate, defend and unionize their field.
Other art fields NEED to take note and not f*** around or give leeway - and be more cooperative with each other in their field (side eye to the Rap industry), from music to drawings to whatever.
If they can be valid in protection in HOLLYWOOD of all places then there's no excuse that it cant be valid everywhere else, just that you have to put in the time consuming and loop hole ass annoying work unfortunately.
And this is bigger than just picture generation.
