Everybody hates it but they’re seeing results, they know the PR is awful and they hate to be seen on platform but if it translates to sales they’re not leaving

It’s a few things honestly, just like you said, a big part is how much data/what data they’re being provided and how they’re letting advertisers use it. Many other socials have TOS that don’t allow us to do that

They were also just really ahead of the game the whole industry been slowly copying key elements of their structure but getting your dev teams to catch up is it’s own challenge. Definitely going to see that speed up with the recent mass moves of Twitter devs to other platforms though
